JOFFE BOOKS: What the Bloggers & Readers think. Day 26: Kambria @ Adoring Fiction #TeamJoffeBooks

This is a late addition to my Joffe Books Rolling Blog but would like to give a very warm welcome to Kambria from Adoring Fiction.  Kambria is our youngest blogger and we think she is amazing.  You can visit her blog via this link:  Adoring Fiction

Hello, could you tell us a little about yourself and what made you start blogging?

Hi my name is Kambria Daniels, I am 16 years old and live in Oklahoma. I started my blog so that I had a more secure and secluded place to post my reviews and thoughts on books instead of a Tumblr account or on Instagram.

How long have you been blogging (when you first set up your blog)

I just recently hit my two year blogger anniversary with WordPress but I’ve had other, smaller blogs dating back to maybe 3 years

When did you start joining Blog Tours and why?

I joined a blog tour to see how it’d be as I saw so many of them around the community. I love reading advanced copies because I feel like it really helps the community who is speculative about the book when I post a review.

Do you join blog tours for a lot of publishers? About how many?

No I’ve only ever joined one blog tour for Joffe Books.

What do you think of the books Joffe publish are they usually good, average, bad?

Joffe books, from the one I’ve read, are pretty average reads. They seem to be a bit cliché and simple but for a lot of people, that’s what they want.

How do Joffe Blog Tours compare to the ones run by other publishers?

I haven’t done a blog tour for another publisher so I don’t know haha.

Joffe Books is run differently to other publishers is the short notice of book releases a problem given how much in demand bloggers are?

The short notice can be a problem personally because I am a slow reader. If I put my mind to it and only do that, I can finish the book in enough time and right the review. But during the school year its a bit harder to do them so quick as I have less time to read.

Some Bloggers leave room for Joffe Books are you one of those?  If so why?

I was not because I was in my junior year of high school and things were extremely busy all of the time. But now that summer is here I would like to.

Joffe Books has a launch team that get together in a virtual party setting and many of the authors support each other and chat with the readers and bloggers.  Do you think this is a good idea?  If so why?

I think that’s an amazing idea! It gives the readers a perfect opportunity to speak directly to the authors about how they feel and allows the authors to get feedback directly from the readers in a conversational setting.

Have you ever gone to a Joffe Launch Party? What do you think of them?

I have not been to one.

Do you think the Joffe Blog Tour experience could be improved?  If so what would you recommend?

The only thing I could recommend would be a longer notice period for their readers. Other than that, they’re doing amazing!

Is there anything else you would like to say about Joffe Books, their authors or Social Media Promoter?

I’ve really enjoyed the time I did my one blog tour with them! It was really fun and everyone involved was so encouraging and nice to any who had a review, including the author!
