The Author provided me with a copy of this book in return for an honest review.
I do not normally read short stories as I like a book I can lose myself in for a few hours but I like to step out of my comfort zone occasionally.
This book is very well written and uses the type of language usually found in non fiction. It starts with action and edge of the seat suspense and this continues all the way through to the unexpected ending.
Despite being a short story the characters are built quickly and cleverly throughout the story and are well developed by the end. It is a very unique story and an unusual perspective on Post Traumatic Stress.
I think the Author is someone we will be hearing about in the future and hope he is planning more books with a similar theme.
My rating is 4.5 stars which I rounded up to 5.
